There was another repair of an original analogue flaw, made by cross-mixing one channel over the opposite channel dropout, but I don't have a note of the location. Noise of platic glasses being trod (?) on at: d1t02 : 4:14 d1t04 : 0:20 d1t08 : 7:50 d1t09 : 0:03 d1t11 : 0:21 d2t03 : 6:15 d2t07 : 3:34 There is also what might sound like a digi-click, but is possibly a clapping noise, in d2t05 @ 8:35. d1t01 was subject to recording level adjustments at the time of recording, these have been smoothed out as much as possible, however different levels of hiss and distortion will be apparant as the track progresses (during the first couple of minutes). There is some very deep bass in a couple of tracks, ie Dream Worker, and some big bassy feedback in a couple of spots. No attempt has been made to adjust this or any other tonal balance. On each of the original 3 cassette sides, the left channel was brought up (digitally) to a level more similar to the right hand channel. Cassette flips are between tracks #10 & #11 (small cross-fade) and at the start of track #22 (small overlap of initial unaccompanied rhythm). If future technology allows rejoining of the 2 discs to a single unbroken performance, the final track of the first disc, and the first track of the 2nd disc - fade-out and fade-in respectively - overlap a second or so of the corresponding track on the other CD, at full volume. Therefore the audio may be edited/rejoined to sample accuracy, with appropriate software. Alternatively the "official" .shn files "hw89-12-01d1t11b" and "hw89-12-01d2t00" may be discarded, joining d1t11 to d2t01.
